The handling of claims can be one of the most important services any insurance company has to offer. This is when you find out if the commitments that have been made by the insurance company will be kept.

Covered losses are prioritized with immediate attention given to those claims that require fast assistance, such as a house fire, critical injury, or other serious incident. Other claims are addressed the same or next business day.

Reporting Claims

If you have a claim, call us at (800) 662-5246. Claim assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also report a claim online or you may contact your local Insurance agent.
